How we came to be.
The founding partners had spent the prior two decades inside banks, multi-family offices, and a sovereign wealth fund. By 2013 each had reached the same private conclusion: that the structures they operated within were no longer permitting the work they intended to do. Regium was formed the following spring, with no outside capital, no product to sell, and a deliberately small mandate to manage.

How decisions are made.
Investment decisions are taken by an Investment Committee of five partners, chaired in rotation. Wealth engagements are reviewed annually by a separate Conflicts & Conduct Committee. Each partner holds an equal vote on questions of admission, dismissal, and the firm's strategic posture. We publish our internal governance charter to principals on request.
